California is brainstorming many ways for residents to conserve energy and water. They are also trying to help reduce their carbon footprint and their economy is growing while their amounts of greenhouse gasses are being reduced. California has also put strict laws into place which help California cut down their carbon emissions by a large amount. They have also put laws in action that focus on cutting down emissions on the nine biggest factors of greenhouse gas emissions. They are also trying to curb carbon emissions on agricultural land. California and the west coast will continue to do everything that they can, to slow and maybe even stop the progression of climate change.
